Rev. Ed Talley, our pastor, started his ministry in Williamsburg, Kentucky,in June 2006. He and his wife Sheila moved here from Ashland, Kentucky. He has previously served at First Baptist-Ashland (2001-2006), Litz Manor Baptist-Kingsport TN (1995-2001), Parkway Baptist-Lexington (1990-1995), Hillcrest Baptist-Frankfort KY (1984-1990), and Hiseville Baptist-KY (1980-1984).   He received a BA from Carson-Newman in 1975 and a MDiv from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1979. He married Sheila Hipshire in 1974.
